Edentulous patients or patients with a terminal dentition who want fixed prosthetics are very often faced with complex procedures, lengthy treatment, uncomfortable experiences, and sometimes, unacceptable results. Today’s technology improvements can dramatically reduce the time and number of visits for a complex implant case while greatly improving the precision and esthetics of the final result. This workshop will focus on the integration of surgical, restorative, and laboratory disciplines, combined with precision planned metal surgical guide and pre-converted prosthetic using small hole technology to provide a seamless approach to fully guided full arch reconstruction and immediate temporization. Additionally, this lecture will cover aspects of the workflow from diagnosis to delivery of the final prosthesis providing a marketing foundation for your practice.
Educational Objectives:
- Appreciate the efficiency advantages of guided vs freehand implants
- Recognize the aesthetic and functional advantages of preplanned bone reduction as it relates to the final prosthetic
- Develop full arch hard tissue reduction and soft tissue suturing methods
- Improve the strength and longevity of provisionally loaded all -on-x cases utilizing new small hole technology methods
