Helpful Hints
Attendees must register in the appropriate category (e.g., Active Member, Non-Member Dentist), especially if CE credits will be claimed.
Accepted forms of payment include Visa, American Express, Discover, and MasterCard. Checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars and must made out to the American Academy of Periodontology and should be mailed with the completed registration form. Wire transfers and money orders are not an acceptable form of payment.
AAP Registration Refund Policy
Refunds will be granted to registrants who submit written refund requests by Sept. 24, 2021, less a $75 processing fee. Allow 30 days for your refund to be processed once approved.
After Sep. 24, there will still be two options for those unable to attend:
- You may defer your 2021 Annual Meeting registration fee to the 2022 Annual Meeting.
- You may still request a refund after Sep. 24, but there will be a penalty of 50% of the total amount.
Please note, no refunds will be issued for cancellations received after Nov. 2.
